Overlay heavy

An overboard heavy system is a pre-routed gypsum board designed for 12mm pipe. With a board thickness of 18mm you would usually apply a self levelling compound of 6mm to arrive at onverall floor build up of 24mm…., on top of which you would lay the finished floor. The advantage of overboard heavy is that you can apply any finished floor type on top. A tiled floor can be applied directly on top of the board using flexi tile adhesive.
